Managing Web Projects

Dear Colleagues,
Managing a design project offers different complexity as there is no fixed outcome for a design
and it can be measured. So till the last min, the client can want us to change a color here and there; a stroke here and there; and it may consume lots of our design time.
so, managing a web project, which involves lots of designs and ofcourse programming requires lot to be done with managing the client's expectations...
